Adjustable Hand Grip Exercisers

Ideal for hand and finger flexion exercises, these exercisers allow you to vary resistances by increasing or decreasing the number of rubber bands attached or by switching to a different color-coded set of bands. To accommodate different levels of difficulty, the range of motion (ROM) can be decreased using the flexion limiter. Each exerciser comes with either 5 red bands or 5 sets of color-coded bands, totaling 25 bands with 5 of each color.
