Hand and Wrist CPM

Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) for the hand and wrist is a therapeutic technique used to aid recovery following surgery or injury. The CPM device gently and repeatedly moves the hand and wrist through a controlled range of motion without requiring the patient's muscle activity. This consistent motion helps maintain joint flexibility, reduce stiffness, decrease pain and swelling, and promote healing by enhancing blood circulation and synovial fluid movement. CPM therapy is often prescribed to improve the functional recovery of the hand and wrist, preventing joint contractures and aiding in the rehabilitation process.
