Seven available back pad positions along with four seat pad positions ensure proper positioning along with providing superior comfort. Not just for dumbbells and weights, the FID Bench is a great aid in non-equipment exercises as well. Sit-ups, curls, leg-raises, twists, push-ups and more present new challenges when done in an incline or decline position. While assembly is required for the FID Bench, no power tools are needed to put this unit together. Please note this is the FID Bench only. Weight bars, weight plates, dumbbells and all other accessories are available separately. The convenient footprint of 28" x 55" means the FID Bench can fit nearly anywhere. Frame is constructed of attractive 2" x 4" flat oval tubing. When in the Flat position, the bench is only 17.5" off the ground. Integrated wheels on the bench make relocating a simple task. Easy to clean needing just a warm, damp cloth and some mild soap.
