Description
The Jumpboard provides a firm, padded jumping surface that allows for biomechanically sound foot placement for plyometric and aerobic exercise. Use it for footwork as a flat secure surface to create stability through lower extremity joints. Featuring a tubular steel frame and dense EVA foam padding, the Jumpboard is proven to provide both durability and comfortability. Thus, allowing for continuous safety through high-intensity use. Expand your repertoire and train your core and lower or upper body by combining this accessory with the spring resistance of your Reformer. Please note that this is an accessory only, the SPX and SPX Max Reformers are sold separately.
