Description
The Link Chest Press/Pec Fly is designed to target the chest, shoulder and upper back muscles. The foot assist advances the chest press arm for easy entry and exit while personalizing the exercise starting point. The dual handgrips ensure comfort and allow muscle targeting. The easily adjustable gas assisted seat and nylon inserts make seat adjustment effortless. The self-adjusting pec fly arms automatically adjust to accommodate any user arm span. there are 4 range of motion settings to ensure proper start position for any level of flexibility. The 1.25 to 1 weight ratio provides 250 lbs. of resistance.
